iphone stuck on plugin screen

I have an iphone which was hacked with 1.1.4 (dont know how was off ebay)

I have 2.0.0.4 tool have created firwmare file but after i flash in DFU mode it stays on the screen which has a picture of the power cable and itunes symbol? I have tried aload of different applications to kick it out of this mode but none work.

Anything i'm doing wrong? There doesnt seem to be any guides to 1.1.4 > 2.0.1

I need to unlock / activate the iphone as well.

I'm having the exact same problem too.
im annoyed because ive tried it like 100 times and it doesnt seem to work,
I dont know if im doing something wrong because this is my 1st time

Im having the same problem, i think its becuase i am not using the origional simcard carrier (O2) i have a orange simcard with yessim attachment but it will not activate my iphone.

The restore goes correct and then when it connects back to Itunes it says there is a problem with your iphone or it is damaged.

I think its because i have this simcard locked into my fone and i cannot activate the phone because its not got a simcard recognised by the iphone.
