Urgent Help Needed Please!!!

I have a 1.1.3 phone which i up graded to 1.1.4 using ziphone and it worked fine, but i decided to try to upgrade to 2.0.2 using winpwn and i followed all of the steps and it worked but now the fone is in emergency calls only mode, i've gone over everything again and again. the problem is my phone sim is not an offical carrier and itunes won't recgonoise it, i've done the restore using the file i've made and it say's software is upto date but still won't work...

Please help!!!!

i've now got it unlocked i think by following steps in how to downgrade back to 1.1.4 but i've got no signal now??
