Default Is It Safe To Do a Normal Restore After Jailbreaking With Winpwn?

I'm about to jailbreak with winpwn 2.0.0.4 and I wanted to know, should the need arise, would it be safe to use a normal restore? Im aware that I would lose all my jailbroken apps, but other than that, are there any serious dangers I should worry about?

also, is it possible to restore to the custom firmware? or would I have to pwn my phone again.

Yes. Do it all the time. I find the cleanest jailbreaks and most stable systems afterwards have been when I restore to a stock firmware first.
