Cydia and Installer 4 Crashed, permissions issue

Hi:
I unlocked my 2nd gen iPhone with PwnageTool and I must have changed the permissions with cyberduck, because Cydia shuts down as soon as it opens. The installer is giving me a message that it should be run as "root:wheel".

Is it easy to fix the permissions and how do I changed them?
Is it easier to unlock the phone again?
Can I use iTunes to restore the custom .ipsw without putting my phone in DFU?

My Cydia starts and shuts right away. What can I do?

Same here, Cydia crashes after the first prompt comes up. Installer seems to be working fine, but I want Cydia.
