Dialpad kicks me back to springboard after winpwn? Help please :)

Any way to fix this besides just restoring the phone?

The dialpad comes up for about 2 seconds then just closes and goes back to the springboard. I can't access voicemail, recent, etc.

This happened after using winpwn and the only check boxes that were enabled were cydia and installer. that's it.

I can still receive calls though.

I have ATT of course if that helps.
