Detailed WinPwn upgrade to 2.0.1

I'm currently on a 1st gen iphone with 2.0 installed pwned with winpwn 2.0.0.3.

I've been searching for a concise, detailed guide on how to use the new WinPWn 2.0.0.4 to upgrade to 2.0.1. I need to know how to:
- backup all my data (calendar, contacts, txts, etc)
- is the upgrade process the same as if I was Pwning from out of the box? List any details like load .ipsw, create custom firmware, etc.
- how do i restore my data? What will restore and what won't?
- any other specific details a noob might need to know.

go there just sync your iphone before you restore because whenever you sync it creates a backup and you will lose nothing!!
