can you winpwn from (pwnd) 2.0 to 2.0.1 without losing data?

I'm searching around right now for the answer to this but I'm having a tough time putting together the right search string to come up with the answer I'm looking for (forgive me if this has been asked to death).

If I'm already jailbroken on 2.0 with iphone 3g can I winpwn to 2.0.1 without losing data? music isn't a big deal, but sms, voicemail, apps, bookmarks etc are.

If not, is there a sort of all encompassing backup method?

If not, does anyone know of a guide for how to backup as much as possible?

general settings, sms, phonebook, probally bookmarks are saved by itunes when you syncronize it, so as long as you do that just before upgrading you should be fine.

music dosnt stay, and im curoius for ways to keep this to on a 2G jailbroken
