    Default Does jailbreaking delete information?

I just upgraded to 2.0.1 today and I was thinking about jailbreaking it.

I read all of the how-to's and everything but I was wondering if it deletes all my saved information and everything if I jailbreak it?

Well, if you just upgraded today then you won't have much saved information anyway.

What you do have you can always restore from backup in itunes

I upgraded today to 2.0.1 because I was using 2.0 for a while. I've had the phone for like 3 weeks or so though. So I still have a bunch of bookmarks, settings, and pictures and stuff on there.

Well how can I restore if I'm going to jailbreak it?

EDIT: Nevermind, just successfully jailbroke it.

I have the same question, I'm on 1.1.1 OTB FW jailbroken and I'm looking to upgrade to 2.0 through WinPwn, but is this going to erase all of my music/playlists/contacts/etc.? Ive been collecting all this stuff on there for 8+ Months, I cant afford to lose it
(would selecting the "No Wipe" option mean that my iPhone's info and memory is not wiped clean?)
If so I dont think it will warrant me upgrading
