it depends on a few things,
what itunes are we talkin about,
what version of pwnage,
what firmware,
most likely your gonna need to open pwnage again,
click browse ipsw to the STOCK fw corresponding with the fw you are using .(if you are using a custom 2.0, load the stock 2.0, 1.1.4 custom, use 1.1.4 and so on.)
next click ipwner
in the pop up box select the custom fw u are using and click ok
this should pwn ur custom fw and itunes.
then just itunes restore.
