winpwn 2.0.0.3 failed to creat custom IPSW!!

I'm using windows xp and winpwn 2.0.0.3 and iphone 2G fw 1.1.3.I can't create custom IPSW when i try it apears a notification wich says "Failed to create custom IPSW! Do you want to close IPSW builder?" please help what can i do ??

And last think writes on the main board is "Writing IPSW (This also will take a while)"

I was never able to get it to work on my XP machine either, think it was a .net update issue...

But both phone worked awesome on my Vista Machine!
