Any need to re-Pwn?

Sorry for the noob question, but I couldnt find an answer anywhere.

I just got a 1st gen iphone that was already Pwned using WinPwn. however, I want to set it up how I want, sync it to my itunes etc. Is there any need to Pwn it again? I'm looking at the WinPwn tutorial from here: iClarified - iPhone - How to Unlock/Jailbreak Your 2.0 2G iPhone (Windows) and wouldnt have a custom ipsw as i didnt pwn it. Can I leave it how it is, or should I Pwn it and save the custom ipsw file again?

Sorry if this seem confusing, like i said...noob question.

also, does the newest version of cydia in winpwn2.0 include the tzones hack?

this can't be that difficult to answer? Maybe I'm approaching it wrong?
