Does winpwn modify itunes?

This probably sounds like a noob question, so sorry for that, but does winpwn modify itunes to make the custom firmware run? I ask this because I have a friend across the country that I'm going to help jailbreak. They aren't the best on computers though so making a custom firmware with winpwn and then just emailing it to them would be a lot easier than having them run winpwn themselves.

That's were the winpwn modifying itunes question comes in. If it does modify itunes then emailing them a custom firmware wouldn't work right? I'm pretty sure during the winpwn process it says your itunes has been pwned or something like that, so that's where my question comes from.
