it sounds like when u where creating the ISPW you selected the option to activate the phone
if your a legit customer you dont choose this option or do you choose the you tube fix
if your choose them you end up with no reception

Yes redo the process again. Be sure to use the advanced option and uncheck the activate phone checkbox.
