Upgrading to 2.0 quides/links?

Hey im just wondering if anyone can show/link me to a guide to update the 1.1.4 firmware to the 2.0 firmware on the 1st GEN iphone. im on a windows operating system as well and im not sure if the guide on the homepage is only for mac or whatever
