Unable to press the 4-5-6 keys on my dialer :(
hey Folks.
SUper weird problem here. I've upgraded to 2.0 and i'm unable to press the .4-5-6 keys on my dialer, what's more - for example I'm unable to scroll also if i'm in the same area (meaning a quarter screen, top to buttom)... weird uh?
What should I do, could it be a software issue, or hardware?

It's hardware. You've dropped or otherwise banged your phone and killed part of the digitizer. The only thing to do now is replace the screen. If you have a 1st Gen phone its actually costly, about $230 for the replacement since the LCD and digitizer are melded together. On the new 3G's these two are separate components so it's much cheaper to fix.

I am having the same issues... its extremely frustrating and also happened as I restored and upgraded up phone. So I don't think it is that we have banged the phone??

the same thing happened to me with my 2g and i restored it to factory and took it back to apple and thay gave me a hole new phone
