Sorry but bootloader files are warez.

twitter.com/dale1vMicrosoft owns the internet through Hotmail. The .HTML is short for Hotmail, so all .HTML files are MS files.

bootloader 39 fails to extract
I've downloaded bl39.bin but (mac, stuffit) won't extract it? Mac computer says "unable to determine file format". Its still a 128 sized file but pawnage 2.2 wont access it per directions; using expert mode to unlock a 2g phone. How can I extract this file so newest panawge 2.2 will use it. I downloaded it in both fire fox and safari. Downloaded in "saved" format and "Open" then tried extracting with 2008 verion of stuffit. The stuffit preferences say "bin" files are associated with stuffit. cant figure out issue? any help out there?

I had the same problem, drove me nuts! This is the fix that worked for me. Do not leave ownage tool on your desktop, copy it to your applications folder and start from scratch, opening it from your applications folder.
Let me know if this worked for you. It recognized my bootloaders this way.
