help with custom boot logo image on Pwnage

I am trying to add this image as my custom boot image for my Pwned phone.

It has asked me to change it to have Alpha channels. I have photoshop but am getting confused.



Can anyone help me and send it back please.

give me your email and ill send it to ya dont worry it wont show up as a circle like that it will look just like your other picture. the white parts are transparent and the phone will automatically make them black

Yeah, how do you adjust the alpha...I want to be able to set my own pictures but I'm not photo savvy.

Here is a quick guide
1. open any picture file you want in photoshop
2. in the layers section duplicate the layer by right clicking the mouse and change the name to whatever
3. delete the first layer (usually called background)
4. now you should only have one layer that you named
5. save as, when the window pops up it should already selected .png as your file
6. remember the file has to be 320x480 or smaller and under 100k so keep adjusting the file to you meet the requirements.

Hmm... I don"t have photshop.
I have a file which I want as boot logo. It is less than 100kb and the pixels are as well in the limits they should be. I saved it as a .png file and when I want to put it in pwnage as boot logo, I get the pop-up that it isn't the real .png file?!

Would it please be possible that I would send somebody my logo I want as boot logo, who could put it for me in the right format? Would be brilliant, thanks in advance!

Ok guys, I have a couple of custom boot logos that I want to use but when i pwned my phone, the logos I selected to be changed with it did not happen. So now I have the regular apple boot logo and the standard restore logo but my phone is JBroken and working fine. How do I change the logos now and where are the files located so I can simple change them using SSH.
