apptapp problem plz help!!!

so im running apptapp to downgrade from 1.1.1 to 1.0.2 but while im running apptapp it says that i need to close ituneshelper. when i try to terminate itunes helper it says "operation could not be complete" access denied...does anyone know how i can terminate ituneshelper THANKS!!

ctrl alt delete = task manager --processes-- itunes helper.exe---right click end process
