is a discussion within the

I have an iPhone 3GS running 5.1.1. I used Absinthe 2.0.4 to jailbreak. My SHSH in Cydia is saying iOS 4.1. Shouldn't it say 5.1.1? I've resprung, etc. Thanks!

As a result of weird circumstances on Apple's end, Apple is still signing iOS 4.1 for the 3GS. This is totally expected behavior. iOS 6 blobs are also likely saved with Cydia as well.

If you wanted iOS 5.1.1 blobs saved for your 3GS, get the most current version of redsn0w and use the Fetch and Submit features (Extras -> SHSH blobs) to add your iOS 5.1.1 blobs to Cydia's server.

After more research, I see its because I jailbroke my 5.1.1 after 6.0 was released, right?
