just updated my iphone 4 to 5.1.1 and jailbroke with the absinthe link provided on MMi. i cannot install any tweaks, winterboard, ANYTHING. please help me, I'm terrible at this

    Try restoring and download the latest absinthe from the greenpois0n.com website
