I recently jailbroke my iPhone 4s n got cydia n everything but I cannot install apn editing! Someone help please

There is a tweak in Cydia called APN editing. I 'm not 100% sure if it has been ported for 5.1.1 OS yet though.

Was a source you could add also in Cydia beta/leimobile.com/ that would enable cellular data settings also, same, not sure if ported to 5.1.1

Just checked, it appears that it doesn't, although it doesn't say anything in the package description. But it is still at v1.0 so I'd assume it hasn't.

If you need to install a apn and your data network settings are not showing up you can install a custom profile with your apn in it.

You can use any of these to make one and install it:

u mean the cellular data apn editing not visible in the setting right? i experienced that many times and dunno what caused it, but i fixed it. just add some cydia sources that have a lot of free things like mod edit: removed then search for tetherme and download and install it. that fixed my phones.

Uninstall those repos, they honestly do more harm than good. Get the package legitimately (paid) and from the official repo (the package sponsor).

desont matter. Either of the three should work. Install the custom profile you make with your apn in it and your internet should work after that.

My Internet does work I need my SMS n mms settings adjusted

Oh, can't help with that then sorry, no MMS where I live so never had to worry about that

May want to have posted that is what you were trying to do in your first post

If you are t-mobile there is a large thread around here somewhere with instructions on how to get MMS and all that working, not sure how up to date it is though.

You didnt state what you needed it for. Most people need to edit apn for getting internet to work.
