redsn0w doesnt work

Hi all

I am having some troubles with redsnow.

When i put my phone in dfu mode it doesnt recognise it

any ideas?

im running ip4 on 5.0.1

windows 7 pc

Try another USB port after rebooting your computer.

Is your phone recognized by the computer at all? Or is the issue only happening with redsn0w?

Yea the phone is recognised. I used ifaith to save my blobs and that worked fine but iPhone browser, tiny umberella and redsn0w don't work.

They do work on my other laptop tho whic is strange.

Must be an issue with the laptop.

It does sound like it's not an issue with the phone itself then if it works on one machine but not another.

Its most likley the wrong redsnow software. Double check ur firmware and double check tht ur using the right redsnow version..
