Click on the files link
Then in the applications folder
Create a folder (same name as the .app folder)
Copy the files.

In order to make it executable though you need to use WinSCP

Go into the applications folder and open up the app.

Find the actual program (I think it's extension will actually be app also) and change hit F9 or right click and go to properties.

Change the Octal to 0755

Done and done
