How do I change my phone dialer with a pc and ibrickr?

If you have ibricker just get the file of the dialer

just put the PNG file in

Applications/MobilePhone

useing ibrickr

I'm trying to do the same thing (retro dialer). What EXACTLY do I do? Where do I get the png file and what exactly do I do with ibrickr to get this to work.
Normally I just use the apptapp and/or ibrickr and just click what i want...this stuff is a bit foreign to me.
