GP problem going to recovery mode

Like the title says. I jail broke 4.2.1 on my iPhone and just randomly my phone will just shut off on it's own and when I plug into my computer it says it's in recovery mode. I have my ipad jail broken as well with the 4.2.1 jailbreak and have no problems with it. Anybody else having this problem and can help me with this? Thanks

You can try shift+restore to stock 4.2.1 and re-jailbreak.
