GP 4.2.1 JB Cydia Sources problem.. HELP URGENT

When attempting to add a source in Cydia, Im getting the following error:

"The method driver /usr/lib/apt/methods/HTTP could not be found"

I went into my iPhone4 via iFile and deleted a source which I thought was the problem. This source had a "Http" in its URL but that didnt clear up the error. I also renamed a copy of "http" folder to "HTTP" with correct permission settings but i am still getting the same error.. how should i fix it?

I cant add any sources in cydia. Any help on resolving this?

What source are you trying to add?

i tried adding the most common ones.. macosmovil and hacku lo.us.. try any and it will give the same error
