Default Looped boot screen on itouch 3gen

I r novice towards jailbreaks and corrections, soo... yeah :P

My iPod has crashed (running in constant boot mode with half apple, half skull logo AND loading wheel; 3gen, 4.2.1 OS, greenpois0n jb), I can't figure out what I did wrong. I'm more than sure that the fact I ignored looking into what SSH and SHSH means/process of doing so even is probably doesn't help my situation. From the small searching I've done, it seems that SSH would enable me to view the last running app/mod that was ran before the crash, but this requires for one to have loaded an app onto their iPod/Phone/Pad first.

So the question here is if it is possible to view what was run last without needing such an app(if that is indeed a true fact), and if so, how could I do that? If it helps at all, I'm using iPhoneBrowser(v1.9.3.0) to look through what data is stored on the Pod. Any help provided would be much appreciated ;]

Unless you have access to the file system thru iPhone browser your only real option is to restore & jb again. You would need to have downloaded afc2add from cydia for iPhone browser to work. Some jailbreaks put it on for you during the jailbreak, but I don't think greenpoison does.
