Installing apps Greenpois0n

I recently updated and rejailbroke my iPhone 4 with Greenpois0n 4.2.1. All the apps that I downloaded off of the internet no longer will sync with my iPhone now. Is there any extra steps I need to take to sync my apps again? When I originally jailbroke with Limera1n it was built in to the jailbreak.

Any help would be appreciated.

I know in my previous JB I had used something called **mod edit: no piracy** or something from cydia I believe that was the name not to entirely sure, think I had to add a new source to cydia, can't remember more detail than that though.
