cydia is not showing sources, packages, or even my shsh that I have saved, what do I need to do..I am on tethered jb with redsnow

One of your sources is probably corrupt. Either remove the bad one manually or restore and rejailbreak with greenpoison.

Not too sure to be honest. I would start by removing any non default ones. Those may be in the cydia.list file.
