iphone 4 4.0.1 to 4.2.1

Is it worth it to upgrade to 4.2.1?
im currently jailbreaken on 4.0.1 from redsnow and im thinking to upgrade

is it going to be complicated? and will i be able to unlock it?
i have shsh 4.0.1, 4.0.2, 4.1, 4.2.1 and 4.2b3

It has new features, its not difficult to jailbreak. Do u have unlock on 4.0.1?

It is unlocked for 4.0.1
i also want to restore and jailbreak because my bluetooth doesnt work
