Greenpoision Unteadered! HELP NEEDED!

I recently ran an untethered JB on my MAC and after i enter DFU mode it says on the boot up...

unable to find gBdevList
unable to find fs_mount
unable to find fs_unmount
unable to find fs_load_file
Greenposion initialized

My versions...
Green posion RC5
Mac OS X verison 10.6.6
Itunes version 10.1.2

I have same problem on my iPad... Tried many times and it doesn't work as expected... I have seen someone posted youtube and it works... Not sure why some are successful...

Finally I managed to solve the problem by pressing the HOME button much longer --> How To: Solve random problems of GreenPois0n Jailbreak

Someone said on twitter (And the Jailbreak QA) that was just a myth and whether you hold the home button longer or not would not have made a difference. It would have been a coincidence if so.

Here is what worked for me: 1. Backup your phone 2. Restore and update to 4.2.1 3. Don't sync it yet 4. Open terminal (applications/utilities/terminal) type in 'sudo open ' (space after open), and then drag greenpois0n app onto the terminal window. 5. press enter and greenpois0n will open. run it. 6. Follow directions, continue to hold home button until you see a wall of text. You'll know when it happens. *Note: Whether Greenpoin0n says its complete on your computer or not is irrelevant. Just wait for a bit before deciding it failed.

I didn't hold the button longer than I should. BUT Make SURE you look at the jailbreak progress bar, if on your device it says Greenpoison initialized, and you look on your mac and the jailbreak progress bar is still doing something, JUST KEEP WAITING!

Ok so the simple trick is to:

1. Hide the gs.apple link in your host file
2. Open greenpoison with sudo (superuser) access
3. When you follow Jailbreak instructions, the third instruction is to let go of the home button - DO NOT LET GO - keep holding until the phone goes pass the " unable gbdevlist" messages, it would take a couple of minutes but once pass, you will see lots of text start popping up.
4. finally when it done, you won't have cydia but rather loader and you would get an error here too.
5. Simply use RedSnow 0.9.7b6 and follow these jailbreaking instructions - "install cydia"
6. Don't worry it won't screw up your untethered jailbreak.
