Ibrick issues

Sorry if I make already answered questions. I have the issue with ibrick where it ask me to download and then check again the firmware but even if restore brick to do not work. I know that I have to download the firmware and installing in itunes with shift. But after I do not know how to proceed with ibrick in order to jailbreak. Also, does jailbreak work with itunes 7.4.2 or I have to downgrade.
Please help...
