    Default HELP!!! Can 3.1.3 be jailbroken?

    Yesterday my daughter bless her soul, updated her ipod touch and decided to update my Iphone 3gs 16gig non MC to 3.1.3, I held off on updating even though my phone was stuck in recovery mode. My question is can I Jailbreak my phone? I know that I can't unlock it because of the new baseband,or does the baseband affect Jailbreaking to? Can I use the 3.1.3 firmware and sn0wbreeze to jailbreak my phone? Need help, Or direct me to the proper thread for info on this issue. THX.

    never mind, it can be done. i just did it. kept new baseband also
