Blackra1n won't install the blackra1n icon on my springboard

I used Blackra1n like a million times it works reboots with the geohot screens but I don't get the blackra1n icon on my springboard Can any one help?

Did you try to restore? What Firmware are you using?

Yeah restored...on Firmware 3.1.2 and its 3Gs

Try to restore and run it again, I did this easily on 2(3GS's) and 1 3G. First time...

Hi,can someone tell what im doing wrongly,JB 3gs 3.1 with blackrain installed cydia,but whenever i tried install packages ,i get " http1.1 403 proxy unlicenced"
