Check your NetFrame work and see if it is higher than 3.0.

Just go to Control Panel... add/remove programs.. see if there is a program called "microsoft .net framework" and it will tell you the version #. If it's less than 3 then you need to google "microsoft .net framework 3 download". Come on people...

I think this is one of those times the instructions were talking about. Something to the effect "If you can't follow instructions, don't try this".

Sorry, I'm not flaming. I QuickPwn'd my 3g the other night on XP Pro 1st time. Piece of cake if you follow step-by-step.

BTW - One of the steps DID say to check your .NET Framework.

If anyone else is havin this problem, I already had 3.5 in order to get it workin I had to downgrade to 2.0. So while I do appreciate the response I am more than capable of follwin instructions. Once I realized that I had to downgrade it was incredibly simple to jailbreak and unlock my phone.

@jsrameriz.. Hmmm. Downgrade .NetFramework? Oh yea, I remember .NetFramework versions are independant. On my fully current/upgraded XPPro there are at least 3 versions. I wanted to remove the older versions but after more research I found An MS article states all versions may be necessary, it all depends upon the apps.

Update: Just checked my system. I have 5 NET Framework versions installed (1.1, 2.0 Service Pack 1, 3.0, 3.0 Service Pack 1, and 3.5). Ugggg. As I previously stated, they are all used --- it just depends upon the application. QuickPwn NEEDS 2.0.
