iBrickr or "Windows 101" method?
I apologize up front for not having all the lingo down yet.
Anyway, I used iBrickr earlier- it went through ok but did hang up at the end and I had to re-dock my phone to get it to start working. After loading a few tones, the phone would "wake up" a lot slower than usual. If I pressed the top button, it would turn on the backlight, but the screen would take at least a second to show. It would also take at least a minute to find service after powering it back on (I've only had it two days so maybe this is normal?).
I ended up doing a restore but lost all my contacts and I don't use Outlook so I had to manually enter them all in
Anyone else have issues with iBrickr or is it just me? I'm thinking of trying the method in the Guides section here. I appreciate any advice!
