Yeah, it's the Windows alternative to using your iphone. It will jailbreak, manage apps (downloadable and updated from http://pxl.ibrickr.com/), ringtones, and system sound/pics. Hell, if you install the NES Emulator, it will manage the roms for you too. I've been using it since he started putting them out, it's awesome

Oh yeah, the latest version I think support passing ringtones without Jailbreaking.
