is there anyway to change the boot logo on my iphone without having to re-install the firmware with that logo on? the custom logo isnt clickable when I open winpwn and load the .ipsw

Yea I was actually wondering the same thing, I have a boot logo right now but what if I want to change it?. do we have to reload the FW to change it?!?!?!

Yes, I too want to know if its possible to ssh into the phone and add a custom boot logo without using winpwn? I've changed my carrier logo this way, so hope to know which folder the boot up logos are in?

No, you have to change it with the firmware. Here is how I got it to work with QuickPwn http://www.modmyi.com/forums/pwnage/...-new-post.html

Note that if you are already updated to 2.0.2 and Jailbroke that you can simply do it again and it works fine. Takes like 2-3 minutes.
