Make sure you have openSHH & BSD SYSTEM 1.5 installed (you can find both in installer).

There is reference to WinSCP set up in the wiki for windows jailbreak.
"IP Address: Check your current WiFi settings on your iPhone.

Password: Default password is usually dottie or alpine.
