how to add apps using ibrickr 0.91

I was looking to find out how to add apps for ipod touch using ibrickr 0.91. Thank you

im not sure if it works with ipod touch. v9.1 does not work with 1.1.1 though. it will tell you to downgrade

its working for me i downloaded the ibrickr v 0.91 then i extracted it to a folder on desktop. then i closed all the processes that had ipod, apple, itunes down. before you close all the processes i closed my itunes and had my ipod still connected. then i closed it. after that i turned off the ipod (not by holding the top button on the ipod). then i opened ibrickr and then i first asked me to downgrade but then i closed it and waited about 2 min and then opened it back. then i took me straight to the 4 folders.
