Install.app & iBrickr Apps Missing?!?

Ok I have 2 iPhones, 1 from a while ago, 1 brand new, the old 1 shows all apps on AppTap 100% but I can't find AnySim v1.1, and iBricker had AnySim v1.1 on yesterday, I know this because I unlocked an iPhone yesterday with it. But v1.1 isn't on today, just v1.02

And my new iPhone won't show half of the applications on AppTap, even though I've installed community sources, etc.

Are the servers messed up or what? I had problems with the insaller.app yesterday also not showing certain applications.
