EU Unlimited Sim Needed

I will be traveling soon the EU and I want to have service (calling/sms/ and most important of all DATA). I would be there for roughly 35 days and would need 2 nano sims and a reasonably priced simcard with great service in (Barcelona • Nice • Paris • Amsterdam • Heidelberg • Prague • Munich • Venice • Florence • Rome • Athens) Barcelona is not in the eu as far as i know and it is the last few days of my trip, so if that is not included in the sim service area than that is fine i will need it for 30days. If anyone knows of good companies or carriers that can help please let me know. I am willing to pay up to $50 per simcard for 30days of unlimited use in the EU...

I was thinking tmobile, or deutsche telekom, anyone know if that have anything that will cover those countries named above?
