where is my hotspot people!?!

Hi all,
AFter updating to ios 6.1 then jailbreaking and everything is okay i cant find the hotspot new feature! why is that?
iphone 4 (3,1)
ios 6.1 jailbroken
softbank (japan)

Did ya try to reset ya network settings and reboot and see if that fixes it

i double checked them again, i turned everything off and rebooted then turned on again and rebooted but i still cant find the option in my settings... i am starting to think softbank might have something to do with it will check with some of my friends if they updated to 6.1... any other thoughts that might help?

sorry for the late reply but I checked with softbank and i double checked with my friend's phones and they removed the hotspot option! thanks for the help.
