iphon 3gs with BB locked

i am stack with iphone 3gs that is corently on ver. 3.4.5 with BB 05.16.02 i do not want to upgrade to Ipad BB
i know ther is no unlock for this BB
i am wating for the unlock of the 05.16.05 will it happend do eny one know what is the latest new abut this?

I think you mean ver. 4.3.5 with BB 05.16.02

There won't be a unlock for 05.16.02 if that help you make a decision
