1) Purchase Triquint's Band IV PA (not available yet: TriQuint Semiconductor, Inc. - Tritium PA Duplexer Module Family)
2) Unsolder (no, a soldering iron will not work) Band II's PA from the iPhone PCB
3) Reflow/solder the new PA onto the board (x-ray to confirm!)
4) Cut the trace on that Band II's Rx path (a few millimeters from the pad)
5) Jump that trace onto Band I's Rx trace (since they share the same Rx/download frequency)
6) Hope the transceiver has a Band IV Tx/upload node/port to jump to the PA
7) One might need a few resistors or extra components (small 0402s and 0201s!) to manipulate the PA's voltage (need the Band IV datasheet to confirm)
8) Purchase 13 0402s (consisting of capacitors, inductors, and resistors) to run the low noise amplifier in Band I, IV, and VIII mode
9) One also might need to edit the firmware to use the transceiver's Band IV Tx node/port (instead of Band II's). Rx won't be an issue as it's already being used/enabled for Band I. And no, not simply playing around with plists.
