Cannot change Kpn carrier

Hey guys i am new on this forum and i am from holland
an i Have Kpn {thats a Privider From Holland
And i have a problem if i download a carrier from cydia.
And i wanna install it with winterboard an i respring it
He don't change and i have my normal carrier i have iphone 4 16gb
ios 4.3.1 untethered jailbreak can somebody help me please

Winter board I think needs updating or the strings to the theme need updating

I have the newest winterboard it looks like my iphone cannot Change the new settings I think that because i tryt to Change my slide to ulock text and after i changed it with istrings and respring there was nothing changed i just don't Get it what's rong
