Ok for anybody that may ever run across this problem i fixed my MMS settings.
Input the following settings and reboot your iphone and it will work.
APN: wap1.iwireless.com
MMSC:http://mmsc.iwireless.dataonair.net:6672
MMS Proxy: 209.004.229.032:9201
let me know if you have any problems or questions. Good day!

Well i found a site yesterday that had all of the settings.
inside the i: i wireless GPRS & MMS Settings
But the settings would not work for me, so i read through all the comments and found pretty much the same settings but i reset all my network settings and put this in fresh and left MMS Max Message Size 600000 BLANK and rebooted my phone but this time and it worked! I forwarded all the information to my wife at work and she put it into her phone also and hers now works too! I was not gonna give up on this till i figured it out, lol.
