enable facetime in factory unlocked iphone 4

how can i enable facetime in my iphone 4..nothing is going right..I have factory unlocked iphone and it means they should allow me to use facetime from whichever carrier i choose but in hell...i have sent almost 40 internation sms to +33 ..... number and thats for France but after reading various forums it should have sent to +44 (UK) or +1 (USA)...whats happening here...plz plz help..lots of thanks in advance for ur sweet sweet suggestions

It depends on the carrier whether or not Facetime can activate properly. Where I live 2 of the 3 carriers work fine activating facetime but the other one doesnt. Have you looked into mitime?
