    just use ATT micro sim for a few seconds and your phone will be activated.
    but i believe that you still need to jb after this cause you wont be able to use other than att carrier

    don't wanna sound stalker-ish, but I saw your location was Ontario (where I'm from) and I'm wondering where. This is because Rogers has always been slow for people in Northern Ontario, but fine for southerners like me
