Need LUXGSM sim card (Luxembourg carrier)

Hi to all as I'm new to this forum.

I have an iPhone 3GS w/ FW 3.1.3, new baseband, but is locked on LUXGSM carrier (Luxembourg). I cannot even activate it. Can anyone help me with a LUXGSM simcard or help buy one (as I'm not from Luxembourg).

Just realised what the original carrier of my gf's iphone was...
You've had no repsonse so i guess you're still locked?
